Return Policy
At Ecorium, we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality indoor plants. Due to the living nature of plants, we ask customers to carefully review our return policy before purchasing.
We accept returns or replacements for plants that arrive damaged or in poor condition. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect plant care, or damage caused after delivery. Plant appearance may naturally vary in size, shape, and colour due to seasonal growth and the uniqueness of each plant.
For office plant hire services, any maintenance concerns or plant health issues will be addressed as part of your service agreement.
