Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if necessary, including pricing or stock errors.

Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within estimated timeframes, however delays may occasionally occur. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled according to our Return Policy. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Plant Care

Customers are responsible for following provided plant care instructions after delivery. Ecorium is not responsible for plant damage caused by improper care, environmental conditions, or neglect.

Office Plant Hire

Plant hire services are subject to individual service agreements, including maintenance schedules and replacement terms.

Limitation of Liability

Ecorium is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.
