Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard shipping usually takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location.

Plant Delivery

As plants are living products, slight variations in appearance, size, and colour may occur. We take extra care in packaging plants to minimise stress and damage during transport.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Office Plant Hire

Delivery, installation, and maintenance schedules for office plant hire services will be arranged directly with clients as part of their service agreement.
